Room for rent $450/m utilities included

The room for rent is in a 4 bed room home. This room is the master bedroom which has its own bathroom attached.
House is 1.5 miles from campus. Bus stops near house.
Georgton Rd is off of Klondike near State St. The house
is kept very clean. Currently 2 rooms are rented in
this 2,000 sq ft house. One to an engaged couple (ages
24 and 27). One to another Purdue Grad student (age 22). We do
have a WELL trained dog: four year old fixed female dog (Shelby).
The dogs can be kept out of this room without any
problems. There is a lot of room on this corner lot for pets
to play outside! No cats allowed. No pet deposit
required. No smoking indoors.
The $450.00 is for 1 person. We will charge an additional $75 for a couple to cover utilities.
