This is a large home located on 45 acres of private woods overlooking a 30 foot wide stream, but less than 15 minutes to PU campus. If you are looking to find some serenity a little away from campus, but want to be able to get there quickly. $300 for 12'x12' bedroom or $400 for shareable 12'x20' bedroom. Shared bath, kitchen, etc. Mature, non-smokers preferred. Prefer no pets, but willing to consider quiet, mature dogs on a case-by-case basis; especially if the owner plays the guitar. :)
